1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Code Without Borders - SummerHackfest 2025 ("Hackathon"), a virtual hackathon event:

• Code Without Borders - SummerHackfest 2025: August 18 – September 22, 2025

By participating in the hackathon, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Organizer

The Hackathon is organized by Conflux Foundation ("Organizer", "we", "us", "our").

3. Eligibility

3.1 General Eligibility

To participate in the Hackathon, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be a resident of a country subject to international sanctions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Team Composition

• Individual participation is allowed
• Teams may consist of up to 5 members
• All team members must meet eligibility requirements
